Who Can Use Futcal

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use Futcal. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us promptly at support@futcal.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Futcal to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post hate speech, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the service in a way that disrupts its normal operation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for repeated or severe violations.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Futcal (event listings, descriptions, photos, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant Futcal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to post it.

Content that is publicly visible on Futcal may be indexed by search engines and viewable by anyone. Do not post personal information you would not want publicly accessible.

Sports Events & Physical Activity

Futcal is a platform for discovering and organising sports events. Events listed on Futcal are organised by independent users, not by Futcal. Participation in any sporting activity carries inherent physical risks including injury.

Participation in any event found through Futcal is entirely at your own risk. Futcal is not a party to the sporting activity itself and disclaims all liability for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from your participation in events organised through the platform. You should ensure you have appropriate health and accident insurance coverage before participating.

Event organisers are responsible for ensuring their events comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, and venue rules.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users or the service, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except where immediate action is necessary to protect other users or the service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@futcal.com. See our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data after account deletion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Futcal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. In any case, Futcal's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Futcal in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as the service is currently free, is zero).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
